Kent,

I just wanted to write and say thank you for the recent work you did on my 1969 Dodge Coronet. The level of expertise and skill in which you perform your craft is really second to none. I say this because I had several ( Paintless Dent) people evaluate my car before you were able to come and they all were very hesitant about working on my car. Yet you came evaluated my situation and did exactly what you said you could do and more. I will be forever thankful for the work you performed. Please don't hesitate to use me as a reference in the future.

Thanks again for your hard work and thanks you for helping me preserve a little bit of automotive history!

Sincerely,

To Whom it may concern

I have known Kent Row since I met him on a Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) job over 10 years ago. From the moment I met him I knew he was a unique and special person I would be honored to call my friend and co-worker. Kent has a giving heart. He gives to others, not because he looks for the benefits he may get in return, but because he truly enjoys it and it shows in his business. He is a person who does a good job in his vocation as a craftsmen in the PDR industry because he does not know how to do less than his very best and again, because he enjoys serving his customers.

I am the owner of one of the oldest PDR companies in the industry and have worked for several major insurance and many large dealerships in the 23 years of my career. When we recently contracted the repairs of a major car manufacturer plant's (HAIL) damaged inventory that required top quality craftsmen, Kent was among the first technicians I asked to sub his services and help us please our new major client. He dropped everything to help us out, even bringing friends as well. You will never have to worry about his work ethic, honesty, or integrity. He will be among the first on the job and the last to leave, with his head down working and encouraging everyone around him and even helping his fellow workers. He is a friend both in work and in life.

One can not make a reference to Kent without mentioning how he lives his life centered around his values. Life often deals us difficult situations and I always know I can rely on Kent to encourage me and advise me, and most importantly, pray with me and for me. Kent will always be successful because he has his priorities in order.

I would recommend Kent Row with the highest endorsement.

RE: Kent D. Row

Paintless Dent Removal

To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Mr. Kent Row for several years and have utilized his dent removal services on several occasions. He has addressed dents, dings, and other damage on all of my personal vehicles, including three different high-end BMW vehicles. The projects have ranged from fairly trivial door dings to a moderately damaged trunk spoiler. In every instance, Mr. Row has been able to return the car panels to their previous pristine condition, with all damage and work being undetectable.

Furthermore, I would like to attest to Mr. Row's character and ethics. It has been on rare occasion, throughout my life, that I have come to know such a sincere and genuine person. His individual qualities and impeccable business practices exemplify how a business should be conducted. He has always insisted on performing the best, most thorough job possible for the fairest price available. I have absolutely no hesitancy in recommending him.

Sincerely;
